Our team is composed of subject matter experts in the field of Graduate Medical Education (GME) more commonly referred to as "internship", "residency” and “fellowship” training. Our team of experts consists of medical doctors, current and former chief executive officer’s (CEO’s), as well as project managers with a combined experience of over 150 years in the health system.

GME refers to formal medical education, hospital-sponsored or hospital-based training, pursued after receipt of the Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree. This education includes internship, residency, and fellowship programs, which leads to state licensure and specialty board certification.

We provide Graduate Medical Education (GME) consulting services to Teaching Hospitals,  Critical Access Hospitals, Freestanding Psychiatric Hospitals, and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC). Teaching hospitals are often affiliated with FQHC, private practices, medical centers, Children's Hospital as well as the VA Hospitals.

In February 2014, the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), and the American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine (AACOM) announced an agreement outlining a single graduate medical education accreditation system. This single accreditation system allows graduates of both allopathic and osteopathic medical schools to complete their residency and/or fellowship education in ACGME-accredited programs and demonstrate achievement of common competencies and milestones.
